Going Deeper

This career isn't simply a job for me, it's my calling. Helping people has always felt like a natural part of who I am.

Studying the many therapeutic modalities didn't feel like starting a new career; it felt more like building on an existing foundation. My training gave me the language, knowledge and techniques to better understand what I had always been drawn to and allowed me to channel those abilities more effectively.

Over the years I have trained in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Counselling, Regression Therapy, Parts Integration Process (PIP), Neuroplasticity, Nervous System rewiring and many other therapeutic approaches.

This enables me to work holistically, helping clients release emotional blockages, limiting beliefs and fears, regulate the nervous system and let go of what no longer serves them so they can move forward with greater freedom, confidence and joy.

My passion for helping people led me to continue my professional development and qualify as a Master Hypnotherapist, with advanced training in Inner Child Therapy, Age Regression Therapy, Healing Intervention, Future Pacing and Life Direction.

​

I am continually learning and expanding my knowledge of the incredible subconscious mind. Over the years I have had the privilege of training with some of the most respected professionals in my field from Australia and around the world, including psychiatrist Dr Brian Weiss through the Weiss Institute.

​

Although I have always had a strong spiritual side, I am also heavily analytical. It wasn't enough for me to rely solely on intuition or personal beliefs. I also wanted to understand the science behind the subconscious mind, neuroplasticity and the nervous system. This balance between science and spirituality has become one of the greatest strengths of my work.

​

It is common for people to seek therapy because those around them, past or present, also struggled but never had the opportunity to receive support. Sometimes these patterns begin with parents or family members. Other times they develop through bullying, unhealthy relationships, trauma, workplace experiences or significant life events.

​

Being in my 50s, and having experienced life as a daughter, sister and a mother and grandmother, I bring not only professional training but also lived experience to every session. Life has taught me lessons no textbook ever could.

​

I have seen how emotional wounds, fears and limiting beliefs can continue to influence people long after the original event has passed. Healing isn't just about changing your own life; it's about understanding what shaped you, releasing what no longer serves you and creating healthier patterns for the future.

​

When one person heals, the benefits often extend far beyond the individual, creating a positive ripple effect for partners, children, families and future generations.

My extensive training in Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives has also given me a unique perspective that enriches the clinical side of my work. This field has been one of the most amazing journeys of my life, and I continue to learn from it every day.
